What a great week! Down 4.8 pounds this week, for a total of 32.2!!
I feel like I’m completely back on track this week, as evidenced from the results on the scale. I’m also really proud of myself for ramping up the workouts — I went 4 times last week, which was great. I want to keep that up from now on and try to go at least 4-5 times a week. Things are starting to slow down with my schedule, so I should have plenty of time to workout more consistently.
Oh, and for those wondering, you better believe I bought two boxes of those bars tonight!!!
