Or, to be more accurate, down. I got on the scale this morning and I was already down a pound from yesterday’s weigh-in. The reason is twofold — I drank a ton of water yesterday, remembered my Metamusil, and got TOM.
I also wanted to let you guys know that I’m loving this Medifast program. Not only are the meal replacements better tasting, but I LOVE the Lean & Green meal. I had almost forgotten what a stress reliever it is for me to cook. It lets me do something good for myself, express my creativity, and feel organized all at the same time.
My plans now that school is out and I have more time are to work out for a minimum of 4 days of the week. I haven’t gone yet this week, but am going to go when I get home from work.
I’m so happy to be back on track with this weigh loss. I think that taking a week off was good for me mentally, but also good for my motivation and commitment to this journey that I’ve begun. I owe it to myself to finish what I’ve started.
