I’m sorry I missed last week’s challenge update.  I’ve been struggling a little bit with this weight loss program.  Not that I haven’t been sticking to it, because I have, but it’s been really difficult for me.

This week I made a breakthrough of sorts in my weight loss.  I lost 2 pounds, for a total of 52.8 pounds gone.
