One great thing about being back at school this week?  I’m burning tons of calories!!
Yesterday I burned 2156 calories by 4:15pm, without really doing that much.  Just walking around the school from the main office to my classroom, to other teachers’ classrooms, etc I took 5162 steps.  That’s a lot more than I normally get [...]
