Remember late last week when I asked for your help in renaming the blog? Well, I’ve got an update for you.
I’ve decided to go back to my original, Bella on the Beach. So the contest is cancelled, but I appreciate the entries and the ideas. You guys really are creative, and I appreciate the assistance. Some of the titles you came up with were very close to being chosen, but none felt as authentic as my original title. And after several of my longtime blogging buddies chimed in saying that I’ll always be Bella on the Beach to them, I knew it was the right thing to do.
I’m not going to pay for self-hosting (so the url will have .wordpress in it), but instead, I’m going to pay Meghan Murphy for some new graphic design work for the header and another surprise. Stay tuned for the updated look.
For those that might be disappointed that the prize is off the table, don’t worry. I’m going to be hitting a milestone in terms of number of posts sometime this summer, so there will definitely be a prize/giveaway at that point.
