Week #3 mini goal: getting at least 7 hours of sleep every single night. It’s going to be sweet dreams for Bella this week!
Good God! I cannot imagine being able to make it more than a day or two with only 4-5 hours per night. I’ve done it before in major crunches at work, but it’s ugly and I’m completely haggard. I need at about 7 minimum to be okay. I aim for 8, usually get about 7.5.

About 6 months ago I started going to bed earlier and it’s made a world of difference to me. Ususally I get at least 9 hours of sleep (I realize this might be a bit extreme) but my body LOVES it!
