My goal this week is to get in 100oz of water every single day. This will be somewhat difficult during the week while I’m at school, but I wouldn’t call it a challenge if it was going to be easy. Still, I like the way water tastes, and it really does help my skin look better. Plus, when I’m well hydrated, my body just feels better. Not to mention the weight loss benefits.
Amber and Sabrina are joining me on the challenge this week – why don’t you?
100oz of water is 12.5 8-ounce glasses, and since 13 is my favorite number, that’s how many glasses of water I’ll be drinking every day this week. How many will you commit to? Let me know in the comments.

I’ll join you! I usually manage around 2l a day (70oz) but I need to make sure I up it when I’m doing exercise.
I agree ; drinking water has helped out my skin look a lot smoother
I always keep a 16 oz reusable cup with me for water only. So I need to drink 6.25 of them…so 7! I think I can do it! The hardest part is actually keeping track
Drinking 13 glasses of water a day is a good goal!
Aside from the occasional cup of black coffee or tea, I only drink water. I drink at least a gallon a day (135 oz.) and never miss any other type of beverage. For me, it really is the best thirst quencher!
Good luck
Other than coffee (which I probably drink too much) I only have water, too, which makes this challenge manageable. It’s an extra 4-5 glasses, which is easier than I thought.
I love water! Which I know sounds crazy, but I really do! I would pick water over pop/tea/coffee/juice any day of the week. So I meet this challenge most days without trying too hard. I have a couple of these 56 oz water jugs (we can call them bottles but let’s be honest, they are JUGS!) from Target – http://www.target.com/p/plastic-freezer-bottle-56-oz/-/A-13788728. I also found one from the same brand at WalMart but it is 64 oz!!!!
I know I’m weird but for those of you doing the challenge, get one of those bottles. They are free of BPA/or whatever the bad stuff is, and super cheap – like $8? They are never with regular water bottles, they are always with freezer ice trays and Gladware. You can take the freezer ice stick out of the bottle; I actually don’t use them since I like ice better.
