My Approach
* Drink 64 oz of water a day, minimum.
* 1200-1400 calorie protein-first diet to lose the 45 lbs to qualify for surgery.
* Keep exercise fun and full of variety.
45 minutes, 5 times a week, minimum.
* Track food & exercise with MyFitnessPal
*Vitamins: Calcium, B12, B3, Iron, & a multivitamin.
* Take care of myself and manage stress.
* Live life to the fullest.
*RELEASE!!!‘Till I reach my mini goal
