		<description>I hope you&#039;re not letting last week&#039;s gain get you down. Regardless, it&#039;s important to have balance. If you need to sit a bit and focus on maintaining, then that&#039;s what you do. There were times for me that maintaining was EXACTLY what I needed to do instead of layering on the pressure and collapsing from the weight of expectations that I simply could not meet. The holidays and recovery time are two of those examples.

To answer your question, so far I am actually a little ahead of the track I set out for myself for the holidays but I found a 3lb gain overnight so tomorrow&#039;s WI may show otherwise. Damn hormones!</description>

		<description>One of my latest successes that I am really excited about is still sort of ongoing... it is the Countdown to Christmas Challenge that YOU started. As my goal, I chose to exercise 5 days per week until Christmas (I know I will continue even after Christmas).

I had been injured earlier this year, then gotten inconsistent, and really needed this commitment to kick me in the tush! And it worked! I will report tomorrow at the end of my week 5, and so happy with the results. 

I alternate between 3 days of Sweatin to the Oldies DVD, and the other  2 days I use my mini-trampoline. One is shorter than the other, so it gives me leeway in case of time crunch or not feeling well.

Thank you for starting this challenge, it&#039;s helped me a lot!

1. I have learned to look beyond the calorie count of foods and have educated myself about quality of food, including why local, organic and non-GMO foods are better. 

2. I&#039;ve started putting my passion for writing and my passion for health/wellness into print through my blog and other writing adventures.

3. I&#039;ve inspired others. 

4. I&#039;ve mostly recovered from a back injury that I thought would destroy my weight loss efforts and cause me to gain the 50+lbs I lost. (I didn&#039;t lose more, but I have maintained my weight within 5-10lbs of my lowest.)</description>

		<description>well let me announce, i&#039;m proud of myself this year because I have kept my new years resolution of working out at the gym 3 or more times a week, kept walking the dogs often, and incorporated many very healthy foods almost daily.  i only lost 20 lbs (not 60lbs as planned), put back on 5-8.  my moodiness has almost gone away thanks to the working out.  just took til i was 41 to finally figure that out.  i left my hair alone this year, accepted that i am a brunette latina that&#039;s not meant to be blond, and now it&#039;s glossy and shiny!  lol, i always wanted shiny hair but could never leave it alone long enough to be healthy.

bella, i think i&#039;ve followed you all year and i really admire your stick-to-it-ness and have enjoyed your blog, thanks for writing.</description>

off the top of my head:
french fries
all walkers &#039;baked&#039; (walkers lights are 2 points)
tesco value equivalent of hula hoops
morissons &#039;low fat&#039; crisps that are a bit like discos.

Ryvitta (sp?) are 0.5 points each and may help.
