This month I’m participating in 30 Days of Thanks (#30DaysofThanks) by writing a blog post about 30 things I’m thankful for. To join in, go to the link above. The best part is, you don’t need to have a blog or even be on social media to take part in the project; you just need to be thankful. I can’t wait to see how my life might change by spending the 30 days in November giving thanks for things in my life — every single day.
Today I want to show gratitude for my go-to morning drink: coffee. Everyone who knows me knows of my love of coffee. I’ve been drinking it since I was a little girl and my Nana would give me a cup of milk with a dash of coffee in it. As I grew up, so did my love of coffee.
I’m sure I drink way more coffee in a day than I should, but to me it’s one of life’s simple pleasures. There’s nothing like the smell of freshly brewed coffee! And I’m not talking about frou frou coffee drinks, although I do love a good Misto from Starbucks; my daily dose is a strong cup good old joe with a bit of creamer. Nothing fancy, but still delicious.
Coffee: it’s a lifestyle.
A good cup of coffee is divine! 🙂
