Today is the first day of the new 2010 weight loss journey and I’m excited. A new year. A fresh start. It’s like opening the first page of a new book. So many possibilities, so many opportunities for success.

Today’s weight is actually down 0.4 from the last time I weighed in, which is fantastic. It means that all that holiday eating, my “intuitive eating” break from counting points, and my indulgences for the past two weeks were all ok. I feel great that I’m not starting my first weigh in 5-10 pounds heavier than I was before. But let’s get to that scale shot:
A good starting point as any, I suppose. (The feet still look terrible, but I swear, I a pedi is scheduled for Friday, so the next weigh in will be much nicer. :))
I’m feeling really good about my decision to stick with WW. I do love the program, it’s something I know, and I love the ease of use with the WW Online and eTools programs that I have available to me.
It’ll be all downhill from here, hopefully. I can’t wait! See you next Wednesday.

I accidentally stubled over this blog. I live in Norway and I have the same goal as you- this year I WILL lose those extra pounds! I`m currently at 96 kg- I think that makes 192 pounds. My doctor told me to loose weight if I want to become pregnant.. Thats my goal. I wish you the best of luck! You can do this!!!! I totally believe in you!!
Yay! Great way to start 2010. How freaky is it that we weigh the EXACT same amount today?? Seriously, I almost spit out my water when I saw this post!
We do? Wow, the parallels between our lives are really eerie sometimes, aren’t they? Does that mean that maybe I’ll meet my own fireman this year? 😉
